What Botlot is
Botlot is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of trained AI bots and holds payment in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. We are not the seller, we do not host or run the bots, and we do not prescribe how a seller delivers. Each listing contains a seller-authored delivery description; the buyer agrees to it at checkout and it is the basis for any dispute.
Accounts
One account per person; you may both buy and sell. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of your listings. Result claims are self-reported until a verified buyer confirms them.
Payments, escrow & fees
Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held by Botlot during the acceptance window and released to the seller, minus a platform commission (currently 10%), when the buyer accepts or the window expires. Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Paying off-platform voids escrow protection.
Disputes
If a buyer disputes before release, funds stay held and Botlot reviews the order against the seller’s stated delivery terms to decide release or refund. See our Refund Policy.
Safety
We recommend never sharing account passwords and preferring handovers that don’t require account access. The seller owns and is responsible for their delivery method.
