What we collect

Account details (name, email) via AWS Cognito; listings, orders, messages, and reviews you create; and payment metadata via Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details — Stripe handles those directly.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: authenticate you, run listings and orders, process escrow payments, enable buyer–seller messaging, and resolve disputes. We email transactional notices (verification codes, order updates).

Processors

AWS (hosting, auth, database, file storage) and Stripe (payments/payouts). Data is stored in the United States.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@botlot.sale.
